Pasturize Privacy Statement

Last updated: May 11, 2026.

Pasturize is in early access. This statement explains, in plain language, what information we collect and how we use it while providing farm recordkeeping, livestock, document, audio, and assistant features.

Information we collect

How we use information

Sharing and sale of data

We do not sell user farm records, customer lists, livestock data, uploaded documents, or recordings. We share information only as needed to operate Pasturize, comply with law, protect users or the service, or with the user’s direction.

Early access data

Early access users may receive new features and website changes before wider launch so problems can be found and fixed. Feedback, support requests, support details, and usage signals may be used to improve reliability and product design.

Retention and deletion

We keep account and farm records while the account is active or as needed for backups, security, legal, audit, and operational purposes. Users can request help correcting, exporting, or deleting account data, subject to backup, audit, legal, and operational limits.

Security

We use reasonable safeguards, access controls, and password hashing, but no website or storage system can be guaranteed perfectly secure. Users should protect their login credentials and avoid uploading information they are not authorized to store.

Children and regulated data

Pasturize is intended for farm and business use, not for children. Users are responsible for ensuring they have authority to upload business, farm, animal, financial, and personal information.

Changes

We may update this statement as Pasturize evolves. Material changes may require users to accept updated terms or privacy language.

Contact

Questions or data requests can be sent through the Pasturize contact form or the support contact provided by Pasturize.
