Pasturize Terms of Service
Last updated: May 11, 2026.
These terms describe the basic rules for using Pasturize during early access and after launch. By creating an account, users agree to these terms, the Privacy Statement, and applicable livestock safety terms.
Early access service
- Pasturize is currently early access software. Features may change, break, be delayed, or be removed.
- Until Pasturize ends the early access program, new users are early access users and may receive new features or website changes before wider release.
- Early access users should review outputs carefully and report issues so the service can be improved.
Accounts
- Users must provide accurate signup information, verify their email address when required, and keep login credentials secure.
- Users are responsible for activity under their account and for ensuring they have permission to upload or manage the records they enter.
- Pasturize may suspend or restrict accounts to protect users, data, the service, or comply with legal obligations.
User records and ownership
Users keep ownership of the farm records, documents, media, and other content they provide. Users grant Pasturize permission to store, process, display, transmit, back up, and otherwise use that content as needed to operate, secure, support, and improve the service.
Protected company secrets and confidential information
- Users may upload business, farm, livestock, financial, customer, vendor, pricing, operational, trade-secret, or other confidential company information only if they have authority to do so.
- Pasturize treats protected company secrets and confidential business records as user content and will use them only to operate, secure, support, troubleshoot, and improve the service, or as otherwise allowed by these terms, the Privacy Statement, user direction, or law.
- Users are responsible for marking, limiting, exporting, removing, and controlling confidential information within their own operation, and for not sharing access with people who should not see those records.
- Early access users should avoid uploading secrets they are not comfortable storing in early access software and should keep independent protected copies of critical confidential records.
Recordkeeping, livestock, and professional responsibility
- Pasturize is a recordkeeping, workflow, and decision-support tool. It is not a veterinarian, lawyer, accountant, regulatory authority, or substitute for professional judgment.
- Users remain responsible for verifying animal treatments, medication labels, dosages, withdrawal/withholding periods, shipping decisions, financial records, tax treatment, regulatory filings, and all operational decisions.
- Assistant, transcription, import, and automation features may be incomplete, incorrect, delayed, or misread. Users must review important records before relying on them.
Acceptable use
- Do not use Pasturize to break the law, infringe rights, upload malicious content, attempt unauthorized access, disrupt the service, scrape private data, or store information you do not have the right to use.
- Do not rely on Pasturize as the sole copy of critical records. Keep independent backups of important farm, financial, animal health, and compliance records.
Payments
Subscription billing may be added later. Any paid plan, renewal, cancellation, refund, or billing terms should be presented before charges begin.
Availability and changes
Pasturize may be updated, interrupted, limited, or unavailable at times, especially during early access. We may change features, workflows, limits, terms, and policies as the service develops.
Disclaimers and limits
Pasturize is provided as-is and as-available during early access. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Pasturize disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, lost-profit, lost-data, animal health, regulatory, or business-interruption damages arising from use of the service.
Termination
Users may stop using the service at any time. Pasturize may suspend or terminate access for misuse, security risk, nonpayment if billing is later enabled, legal requirements, or serious violation of these terms.
